1.移動式皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)前，應(yīng)將行走輪用三角木對稱楔緊。固定式皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)，應(yīng)安裝在牢固的基礎(chǔ)上。

7.運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中需要停機(jī)時，應(yīng)先停止裝料，待輸送帶上料卸盡后，方可停機(jī)。
8.遇電源突然中斷或其它原因突然停車，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，然后將皮帶上的物料清除掉，等來電或排除故障后，再接通電源啟動運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
9.停車前必須先與有關(guān)方面聯(lián)系，待輸送帶上的物料完全卸掉后，方可停機(jī)。
10.停機(jī)后應(yīng)切斷電源，鎖好電源開關(guān)箱，對機(jī)械各部進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。用防雨護(hù)罩將電動機(jī)蓋好。
